Building a fully bilingual EN/AR website meant managing separate content trees, RTL layouts, and a CMS structure that non-technical staff could update without breaking either language version.
Multi-Specialty Google Ads Structure
Previous campaigns mixed specialties into single ad groups causing poor Quality Scores and wasted spend. We rebuilt with dedicated campaigns per specialty, each with custom landing pages and negative keyword lists.
Booknetic Appointment Integration
Integrating Booknetic across five specialty pages required mapping service IDs per department, syncing doctor duty timings via a custom plugin, and ensuring the booking flow worked across bilingual pages.
AdRoll Retargeting Activation
Zero retargeting meant every non-converting visitor was lost permanently. We set up AdRoll display sequences with department-specific banners and audience segmentation based on specialty pages visited.
